AT 0:48, half a million underwater. Heck, they don't care. Tap the home equity to live High on the HELOC. That's what it was all about. But those loans have recourse. I hope they get hounded for the rest of their living days.

I missed something - the NOD's are the "shadow inventory?"
Yes, we're wondering how many more houses will be coming to market, and these that have received foreclosure notices but aren't listed are just waiting out the inevitable.
@4:53 "God bless America" indeed.
At least they are not flying the Gadsden flag!!
Awsome as always. =)
Excellent Video but very disturbing. America is having a real wake up call.
are you mainly seeing shadow inventory in nicer areas?
Jim, I live in MA but love your work. Nothing captures the age of excess more than your videos and commentary.
Jim thanks for the videos! Cheers!
Jim, been following your videos for nearly a year now. The unraveling of events is just so eerie... it's like looking at a a great empire disintegrating from within. Keep up the good work and greetings from Scandinavia, Finland.

FML. Note to the green shoots people: California within 10 miles of the ocean still has to fall 60% before it's affordable for families with healthy six figure incomes.
Stellar work as usual.

"Five houses, two of them in foreclosure"
Jim-
Great info, thanks!
What is the scoop on the 'fire house'? Was it in an earlier video and was there a fire there or something else?
Ah buy and bail.
"God bless America!"
I was waiting for that ;)

These houses are like palaces.
